My family enjoys playing games together and constitutes my primary gaming group. I sometimes play with distant family and friends on Boardgame Arena or Vorpal Board.  I've attended GenCon three times and Origins about five times.  Always a fun vacation!  But I won't attend any con where masks are required.

 I started a games elective at a Christian school several years ago.  The first year I only had a combined class of 7th/8th graders and then added another one for 6th graders the second year.  The support from the administration was amazing....so for the 2013-2014 school year, we added a game elective for high school and a second section of 6th grade. We played about 20 games in a school year. One year my high school students students playtested a game for Victory Point Games and created an interactive fiction game for fellow students using Inform7.  I no longer teach since I've moved, but I am so grateful for the opportunity of teaching these classes for 7 years!
