The most satisfying solo experience and up there for most satisfying board game experience I've ever had. Just fascinating and thrilling. Like walking around inside the world of Holmes' Victorian London. Wonderful. Just amazing. Can't speak highly of it enough.

Hilarious broken telephone detectiving. Hard to get 4 people that want to play this as the social awkwardness around whispering in someone's ear is heavy.

Must be played with "Screw the Dealer" option though. Loses its lustre after a few plays, but it can literally be played with ANYONE.

This is a get up and move game. So much fun. Easily the best social deduction game ever.

Can be amazing with an experienced player, but it's a bit of a slog. Losing its touch with me as I get older.

Sure, the gears are good fun, but there's actually really interesting things happening too.

Mechanically, it's the midway point between Agricola and Lords of Waterdeep. Not particularly interesting, but has a great theme.

A decent, albeit quiet, puzzler masquerading as a semi-war game with Knizia's great scoring twists that cause real problems for a player's domination strategy in one area. Scoring incentives are key to the theme (which, ultimately, is paper-thin).

Like a childhood game that feels a little strategic. Such fun to push your friends off of boats. I have a soft spot for this one. Easy to teach, easy to play. Good clean, deadly fun.

Was very excited for the tech-tree style board game on the UK side, but find myself playing the Pennsylvania side more. The UK side is fun, but the long route seems really overpowered, and some of the optional tech items are game-breakingly powerful. The stock mechanic is nice though on the Pennsylvania side.

Delightful strategic quasi-economic fun. Fantastic, and the accounting of it all actually works thematically.

An addition that is essential to the game. Once you go Suburbia Inc. you never go back. That doesn't rhyme.

Good clean deckbuilding fun. Not the deepest game (pun intended) but still one I enjoy immensely. Such great artwork.

Hilarious, simple, easy to teach. Quick to play and a hell of a lot better than CAH.

Easy to teach, but kind of quiet. It's a great game, but it can be frustrating for its lack of player interaction. I find it very challenging to go against particular strategies, and I just don't really enjoy it anymore. Would almost always rather play a Century game.

Great little deck builder about Space Combat. Like the variants too.
