Along with Mr. Jack in New York, Whitehall Mystery provides among the most satisfying movement deduction experiences to date. While I found Fury of Dracula, and particularly Specter Ops, compelling experiences, Whitehall Mystery’s greatest strength are it’s pure and focused design. The core deductive hook is easily the most compelling aspect of all the games in this genre. Fury of Dracula makes the mistake of diluting the experience with inessential bolt on mechanisms that obfuscate the potency of it’s deductive gameplay.

An upgraded version on White Chapel. This is the only version I want to play and I always want to play it. Feel like I need a few more playthroughs before I give it a 10.
