Unreal Estate revolves around an interesting core idea which was given no room to develop. Pitched as a card drafting game, Unreal Estate has players draft cards from a central offering. Any undrafted cards form a market which player can sell their drafted cards against. Cards can be sold if at least 1 copy of the card is present in the market; with each additional card adding a multiplier to the score. When a player sells a group of cards any like cards in the market are discarded. In practice this means if you don't sell early you might not sell at all, which strips the game of any compelling decisions. Draft cards you already have, and sell them as soon as you can. That is the winning strategy in Unreal Estate, and its is as dull as it sounds.
