Gosh did I ever want to like Dingo's Dreams. Art I like, a theme I love, a designer I've become a little obsessed with, animals/nature, small box...how could it go wrong? It went wrong. It's "just" an abstract game, which can be fine for me but in this case really hurt my impression. The components are pretty weak and the physical interaction with the pieces is clunky. I put the game back on my wishlist in case the collector in me wants it back but for now I'm passing it along to someone else.

Relaxing, but not engaging. Art is lovely.

This game features Ryan Laukat's beautiful artwork while having been designed by Alf Seegert. This game is a variation of Bingo that really puts your visual/spatial reasoning skills to the test as you flip tiles and shift them within rows/columns on your grid, trying to achieve the pattern indicated on a common objective card.
