After a few plays, I really like this one. It's kind of like a trick taking game, in that everyone plays a card and then play passes to the player of the highest ranked card. There's a small immediate VP benefit to killing a card with another card, but nuking an opponents pile is what you're really after with that. But that single VP isn't going to win you the game - you need to play the risky cards that get you tokens to really score. Your knowledge of what has been drafted, already played, and potentially in the pool of 4 unused cards will help you make tactical plays. Swapping already played cards, killing cards, swapping cards in hand with cards in the pool, and getting tokens all make this an engaging game, yet it's surprisingly approachable after a couple of rounds.
