In small box games, Lost Cities is one. For some reason, I just cannot beat my wife at this game! She is so good (or she just has my number -- and I do the same to her in Jaipur).Â
One of my favorite games of the last few years is Coimbra, and I absolutely stink at this game. I can never beat my friends -- even though I've tried different strategies. I could definitely use some pointers in that game but I think the strategy is pretty situational depending on the cards that come out and the tiles that make up the monastery section.Â

This looks really cool! I'm always a little suspicious about the small box games. But this looks great!
Same, though I am a sucker for good small box games hahaÂ
I like the idea of the small box games as well due to them not taking up much space on my shelves. The down side can be increased setup time if the box is storage efficient. I like boxes that are built for pulling pieces out to play. (i.e PARKS)
Ooo maybe a small box games?.. like #Welcome to..., #Patchwork and some others...
or a couple bigger ones like #Sagrada and #Raiders of the North Sea
the possibilities are endless!
I also would like to Shoutout to small box games I recently acquired that I haven't played yet, but I really expect to enjoy.Â
I’m actually not a very big small box fan. I think the only small box game I have is Kingdomino, which I got to play primarily with my kids.Â
It’s a good self-reflection question to examine why I don’t enjoy more small box games.Â

1. I'd probably focus on small box games like Star Realms, Patchwork, Kingdomino, 7 Wondors Duel etc.
2. I'd love a copy of Lord of the Rings: the Confrontation! Also Le Havre 2 player edition.
