Not sure if I'm understanding correctly. Was the issue that the Etsy creators weren't following guidelines and marketing their products as though some people will mistake it as the official products for their games? If that's not the case then I guess I'm wondering if Tabletop Tycoon even has a case to make those actions, while if the creators were violating the rules, then they should fix whatever is needed to be able to continue selling their products.

If they're issuing the C&D even though they're following the rules, then that just seems like a bad move. If they're not planning to explore that side of the market, it's bad publicity and I tend to think that these types of activities/businesses are closer to free marketing.

By the way, if you go to Tabletop Tycoon's website, you'll see that there are a number of companies under their umbrella. Victory Point Games is one of them too, which has published #Nemo's War (Second Edition). Stories like these and Golden Bell Studios are so frustrating because it tarnishes the work of everyone behind the scene, even the hardworking people just under a bad CEO :(

Well that's funny, I finally got a reply from Victory Point Games to an email I sent a week ago. They're going to send us a copy of #Black Orchestra and #Nemo's War (Second Edition). Looks like solo content incoming!!

On the same topic, I recently read an interesting review of #The Mission: Early Christianity from the Crucifixion to the Crusades at Space-Biff:

https://spacebiff.com/2020/10/05/the-mission/

It's a solo game, sort of spiritual ;) successor to the Victory Point Games States of Siege games.

I do have several on my wish list.

#The Great Zimbabwe

#Indonesia

#An Infamous Traffic

#Ortus Regni

#Renegade (this was supposed to come back into print. But with the changes at Victory Point games I don't know what is going on.)

I currently have #John Company, but there is a second edition coming up that I will probably get.

In addition to these, There are a number of OOP games that I would pick up in a heartbeat if I could,, but they are so far out of my reach that they haven't made it to my wishlist. These are games like:

#Glory To Rome

#Ginkgopolis
