I’ve been playing #Star Wars Imperial Assault exclusively and it’s amazing. I’m working my way through a solo Jabba’s Realm campaign and having a blast.
As a bonus my game group met on Tabletop Simulator and we started a multiplayer game of #Star Wars Imperial Assault Heart of the Empire campaign on Sunday night! I’m playing as the Empire and am sadly 0-2. I’ll get those pesky Rebels next time!

Awesome! #Star Wars Imperial Assault is probably my all time favorite game, I've played it 60+ times and it's still so fresh and enjoyable!

#The Fox in the Forest Duet arrived, played it with my partner and we had a really enjoyable time. Will be interested in upping the difficulty as it was fairly easy (famous last words) but a fun puzzle. Will probably become a travel game of ours.
#Wavelength over TTS with a group. It is a great party game and sparks great conversation, works well online too.

How would you compare Duet with the original? I quite like the original but my wife doesn't :/
I have never played the original, but duet was great fun. My partner isn't massively into games but adored the artwork and more relaxed nature of it being a co-op. The movement aspect adds a really interesting dynamic and flow to the game whereas the original game seems to be a more standard trick taking game with special powers (something like bidding wist with the scoring). Depending on what about the original your wife doesn't like I could imagine duet being the way to go.
No problem :)
Excellent work on gaming there! I’m really interested in picking up some expansions for #Everdell.. Someday.

Looks like a good week of gaming there! I have heard about Oh My Goods from my gaming group a few times. I'll have to get a game in soon hopefully.
It was! Yeah Oh My Goods is fun! It's pretty impressive how much game there is in such a tiny box. I'd say it's not the easiest to learn, but once you do, there's not a whole lot to remember. I recommend it!
I picked it up a while back as part of a bulk purchase on eBay without really being overly interested in it. But was really surprised at how much is packed into that box! Love the multi-use cards, and you can create some neat engines. My only complaint is that because you use cards to also represent goods, you can often accidentally take a huge chunk of a particular resource out of the game for a protracted time which can really throw off someone else ability to run their engine. I often take a tiny copy of flux along with it and use those cards to represent the goods.
Interesting, I never considered that.
I think we just had one game where almost all of one resource was stuck on someone's building for like half the game (we only realised later) and it completely hamstrung another player. Similarly with certain buildings that are needed for specific engines it just seemed like it made it too swingy so we used something else instead
I can see that being an issue with more players, though I don't think it would be too big of a deal with 2.

That's true, I have only played at high counts so less of an issue at 2 I imagine, would still absolutely recommend it as a quick engine builder at high counts just with other cards or tokens to represent goods

I'll keep that in mind! Though I'm not sure this is one that we'll introduce to other people. We'll see though!

I played #Concordia for the 7th time since buying it 2 weeks ago. I play 2P with my wife and I've lost all 7 games! I lost the latest game by 1 point! It's a great game and we've been playing it often. It reminds of how we were playing #Wingspan multiple times a week. It's easy to play but deep enough to keep coming back.

7 times in 2 weeks? That's impressive!
My wife and I recently got #Concordia too and our first play was two nights ago. I can see why it's a classic! By the way @Guynexdoor @nealkfrank, does the scoring phase get any faster? hahaha (I tally up the scores for both mine and wife's)
We score together, doing each of the Gods one at a time. So if we are scoring for Mars, then we score both of our Mars cards. It takes time to score, and I guess it gets faster the more you do it.

Looks like we do it the same way!
I typically will go through each different god one by one together rather than tallying it all up individually. It is not the shortest process but it does not feel too over-encumbering for me!
Concordia is very good! And if you get tired of the base maps, there are plenty more out there plus the Salsa expansion with that wild resource!

Finally got to try #The Champion of the Wild A lot of fun, and great discussion. My 8-year-old son dominated with some great out of the box thinking. "You can't beat a chameleon at tag, it can literally dispensary, and then tag you with it's tongue." and "Of course a hippo would win a bike race, it has four legs to pedal."

I played vet to various animals that got sick because of the onset of rainy season...... That in addition to some other things that came up made so I literally didn't have time to play last week, I don't know if I will this week.
That’s unfortunate Chris. What kind of animals were you helping?
Dog got into something that didn't agree with him. And then the dumb beast started a habit of chasing chickens. He killed two, So, I have been needing to do some pretty intense training with him.
Something attacked a couple of my turkeys and a goose one night
I have a cow which in the course of 10 or 12 hours came up with the worst case per-acute mastitis that I have ever seen. I understand that this happens sometimes because of rainy season. I thought I was going to lose her for awhile, I have spent hours stripping her out, I also don't have as wide a range of medications as I would be used to in the states, I did find some amoxocilin and I think I have it taken care of.
Also, something has been getting into my pigeons. I haven't quite figured out what, yet. Though, I surpised a 7 or 8 foot snake in front of their nests a couple days ago, I am suspicious that is the cause of my missing squabs and eggs.
You have quite the zoo/farm going on! Hope your cow recovers quickly, sad to hear about the chickens and pigeons :(

:-) I have to live in the country, I have to have animals. I sold all my cows when I moved to Central America, but I am still maintaining a flock of hair sheep in the states, and am busy designing what my "hobby farm" will look like whenever I move back. I don't have much land there to play with, only about 15 acres, but it is enough to put a lot of small(er) animals and/or a few bigger ones.
Here I have even less land 1.5-2 acres. I can keep a cow, and a lot of birds of different sorts. But, mostly I have fruit trees here. It isn't the same as animals, but it is still fun.
