PARKS Expansion: Nightfall + PARKS Memories by Keymaster Games - Kickstarter

Wow, that's a steep price to pay. For those not interested in the "spin-off" memories game:

Base game + expansion + 1 KS mini print = $71

$11 flat rate shipping in U.S.

I'll have to think a lot about this before backing it. Considering its popularity, I have a feeling the base game will be seeing reprints in the future anyway (and likely the same for the expansion).

OLGS prices have ruined me for things like this. I also have no need to be the first on my block with a copy of the game. I'll definitely wait on this.

This game is so pretty.  But I just don't think it would scratch any itches for me and I don't think it'd get to table almost ever.

Retail copy of the base game will be sold online for $35 through CardHaus, GameNerdz, etc.

Ahhh I was forgetting about this! Any idea around when it would be available in retail?

You can pre-order from CardHaus now with an estimated release date of March 31, 2020.

The base game can be attained for $53 + shipping and possibly less down the road.  $71 does seem too bad for a game plus expansion and from what I've seen the components are pretty good for a board game at the $53 price point.  I'm not 100% sold on the expansion but for $22 I'll consider it.  Memories doesn't interest me much.

Memories is definitely low on my list.  I have 4 kids 7 and under, I have enough memory games!  Haha.

With the overall price + shipping + sales tax I imagine it'll come out closer to $90 for getting the base game and the expansion. I'll probably just pre-order the base game on here: https://keymaster.games/collections/frontpage/products/1-parks

That's a good plan.  I don't like pre-ordering because I'm impatient.  The fun thing is, I tend to forget about games I've preordered.  So when they come, It's like a little Christmas present in the middle of the year.
