General accessories

Happy weekend BGA I hope all your dice are being nice. My last post about 3D printers went over well and I wanted to play off that and start up a discussion about general accessories. Aside from more or fancy dice and additional meeples what are some good general accessories that can be used to improve most games or the playing experience. I'll start things off with card holders. I have been wanting to get some since first playing Ticket to Ride with the original cards. Those things are small and with a few players having larger hands they stop being fun to hold on too fairly quick. I never got around to buying any but it was one of my first printing projects and they are a game changer.

That sounds like a nice addition! I have a separate solution for those, but they sound great.

I guess a little one I printed were custom bowls for Stone Age resources. They look similar to stone.

Is your solution to put the cards down so you don't have them in your hand the whole time? That's typically what happens anyway but then people were taking time to look at everything again and it really slowed things down. Bowls are nice I will be making some storage containers soon but you just reminded me that I did not care for the Villainous stock resource holder I think they called it a cauldron.

I normally do that, but I have a full set of color coded rubber card holder/resource holders from another game sites store.

Did a quick search not sure if its what you are talking about but a good solution. Something where people can see the cards really well is what I was interested in but every solution is a good one. I was considering robbing scrabble of its tile holders a couple times.
