I've got Viticulture with Tuscany and Feast for Odin. What's another really good worker placement game I should get?

Hmmm could start getting into Garphill Games with either the Raiders or the Architects series

This is the obvious choice.
I've also been a fan of Everdell lately. That Autumn season has so many excellent decisions to make.

If you like a game that is mean to you.... Agrícola is a classic.

Outlive is another one that I've been eyeing. Worker placement + rondel

Quests of Valeria is a pretty solid lightweight worker placement game. It feels like a faster playing Lords of Waterdeep.
Raiders of the North Sea is probably one of the more interesting takes on worker placement, with the whole place a worker to take one action and remove another one to free up a space, taking the second action in the process.
Both of those are well received in my group.

Champions of Midgard is a good one. It has dice combat though so if you don't like luck in your games it might not be for you.

I think the luck in the game is fine, not every battle is a guaranteed win!! You can always just put yourself in the best position you can.

I agree, I just know that some people have a very low tolerance for luck in euro-like games.

There are so many worker placement games.
Some of my favourites that are slightly different from each other:

My local game shop happened to have a copy. It was on their shelves for quite a while and eventually I caved and got it.

Gotta go with Agricola, too classic and too miserable. There is a reason why they call it Misery Farm!
Also Dinogenics is a cool Worker Placement, not cheap but fun theme.

Lol I haven’t played it, but I’ve watched a heavy cardboard stream of it and it looked interesting! It is set collection for the Dino’s with cards instead of gathering DNA in Dino Island. And there’s more restrictions on where they go/you have to feed the carnivores goats!!

Champions of Midgard is my favorite worker placement game, and one of my very favorite games in general. If you like dice-driven combat, go for it!
If you'd rather have something a little less Viking (or dicey), and perhaps a bit deeper, try Manhattan Project.
Euphoria is also a lot of fun. But I'll always highly recommend Champions of Midgard :)

I've been interested in playing Champions of Midgard for the longest time! Or Raiders of the North Sea

Having played both Champions and Raiders, I definitely prefer Champions. However, there are others who feel strongly in the opposite opinion, so there you go haha

It's great without the expansions. But, at least the Valhalla expansion allows you to use your dead vikings for other purposes. Meaning, it helps mitigate your poor choice (i.e. bad rolls haha). I'll always recommend CoM even without expansions.

The Dark Mountains. If adds a fifth player (yay!) and another small board for monsters, which reward you with archer dice. It’s also good, and honestly I like playing with this expansion as well, even if we don’t need a fifth player. The only problem is, if you don’t have five players, things are pretty open with this addition.

I know Everdell is hot. I have Clans of Caledonia and I really like that, I enjoy the Economic aspect of it as well. I also have Raiders of the North Sea but I haven't gotten it to table yet. But it looks like a really interesting Worker Placement game. (Although by the look of it I'd say that I don't think I'd love it at only two players.)

Would you consider Clans of Caledonia a worker placement?
Raiders is fun, adds a unique element to the WP genre with the placement AND the picking up.

What about Caverna?
