I love Battle Sheep!  Fell in love with it on the other BGA - BoardGameArena.com and then I had to buy a copy when I saw it on sale.  It's deceptively simple to teach but there's a lot of strategy to it.  People usually want to play it again right away when I teach them it.  A nice palate cleanser in between longer games.
