Trent it looks like you are getting a lot of great feedback from your reddit post! I’m glad you put yourself out there and a lot of their suggestions were A. Actually constructive and B. Done in a positive fashion. Not bad for putting yourself at the mercy of the internet

I love how the community responds when they recognize a lot of effort (plus a mix of an interesting subject) put into the content. I remember sharing my interviews for Wingspan artists and for Artem, designer of Unbroken and got so much encouragement and great feedback. Artem even warned me in advance that in return for interviewing him, I may be opening up myself to lots of negativity, but was glad to see none of that happening

I agree. It’s going pretty well so far!

I've heard the term "Flip and Fill" for this game.

I want to say, I really appreciate your minimal graphics and background music. Get to the point, nitty gritty, no flash all sizzle.

I totally agree with you that presentation and details matter a ton in a game space that's getting more and more crowded. I'll have to check this out sometime.

This is one of the few games that my wife tried with our friends and then suggested we should get a copy of our own (haven't bought it yet though haha)

I just pitched the idea of this game to my wife last night and she seemed interested even without playing it! Super accessible!

Nice! I had a similar moment when my wife showed a lot of interest in Viticulture EE a while back. Let us know how it goes!

I still need to buy the game, but half the battle is getting her interested!

i actually tried pitching Viticulture to her over the summer and she IMMEDIATELY said it sounded boring...so I pitched Quacks and she loved the idea....even after having to tell her they weren’t duck doctors....
