Clank Legacy! has arrived

I ordered this from Walmart a while back when @BenjaminK shared about the deal on Amazon (I couldn't find it on there for some reason but I saw Walmart offered the same discount). Can't wait to break this out! Hoping to try it out with my wife this weekend. Oh and I'm pretty sure this is the largest box I own (17.7x13.3x.4.4")
Picture taken at my son's crib after his nap.

It will be played exclusively 2p with my wife! I've heard great things even for that count, so I'm excited. It'll be our first legacy game too, so it'll be interesting to see how we feel about permanently marking up anything... lol

We tend to keep them in a baggie. I do the same with Gloomhaven as well. Sort of gives you something to look back on.

Good idea, we'll try that too. If we were to play once every two weeks or so, how long do you think it would take us to finish?

Well I have played 33 games of it. I probably replayed 3 -5 scenarios so let's say 30 games and I feel maybe 1/2 way through? I've done most of the side missions I've come across and forgotten circles adds a bunch more so I suspect I have another 30 games at least if not more.
So at a game every two weeks you probably have a couple of years of content there. :)

Reading it, I don't think I made it clear haha, I was asking about Clank Legacy!
But man, that's a lot of game in that 20 lbs (?) Gloomhaven box

Oops. LOL!
If you are playing Clank! Legacy every 2 weeks it will take you 20 weeks as there are 10 missions.

Oh man, good call on the spoiler. I'll really have to watch myself in my future posts lol. That's not bad at all!

Looking forward to a write up sometime next week if you can get a play in this weekend!
This week we’ve been getting new carpet installed upstairs. We decided that it was the perfect time to rearrange the girls bedrooms, considering that we had to move everything out of the rooms. My 2nd grader got promoted to her own room and now the kindergartener and the preschooler now have the bunk beds.

That staircase + shelving space is a great idea! And that cage of stuffed animals lol

What was the deal? I must have missed the post. Not that I likely would have bought it, just curious.

That box size is the reason I eventually decided not to jump on that deal.
I had the same problem with Amazon, but I also found it at Walmart.
Also, I hope you love it.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to trying it out! I don't have a dedicated shelf so my games are scattered everywhere (closet, a tiny shelf under the lamp, under the bed, under the crib, etc)

I have never had a kallax, but I had 8 or 10 bookcases in my house in the states. And, I had dedicated storage for my games. Here, I don't have very dedicated storage. And, I can't tell you how much of a difference that makes. Having a place where you can see your games, and admire the art, makes you much more excited about playing them.

I think there are currently 3 giveaway winners who still haven't received their prize :(

Wow, that's pretty impressive, actually haha I know Amazon has been a lot slower due to focusing on more "important" things. Obviously they don't understand board gamers haha

It is SUCH a good game! We were about to play our final 2 games when the whole stay at home thing hit. Dying to see how it ends up.
Definitely get a dedicated set of players and go for it. SO much fun!
