Mystery Dice, the Kickstarter from Gate Keeper Games

2 points

We all love when a gaming package shows up on our front door. Surprises are a lot of fun. And you can never have too many dice. Are you nodding as you read this?

Let me introduce you to Mystery Dice from Game Keeper Games.

Mystery Dice lets you pledge for brand new dice designs at a substantial discount (7- or 11-die sets with numerals, dice coins, or even Weird Stuff, described as "all manner of chaos"). Some will be designed by guest artists, like Mandi Hutchinson and Jamey Stegmaier. There might be sparkles, neon, glow in the dark, layers and swirls, inclusions, or any combination. Everyone has been sworn to secrecy so that you can have the fun of opening the box and discovering what's inside.

A d2, also known as a d2 coin

Each 7-die set is $9, each 11-die set is $14 (free US shipping with 3 or more sets). Add $24 for each Weird Stuff and $2 for each d2. Be sure to check out the campaign before it ends on July 8, 2020.

About Mystery Dice

The Mystery Dice campaign started with ten totally new dice designs, and there are already 26 dice sets unlocked (be sure to check the campaign for the current number).

These sets will be available as 7- and 11-die options, with standard numerals for normal play.

  • Each 7-die set contains: 1d4, 1d6, 1d8, 1d10, 1d%, 1d12, and 1d20.
  • Each 11-die set contains: 1d4, 4d6, 1d8, 1d10, 1d%, 1d12, and 2d20.

And then there's "Weird Stuff". Weird Stuff will technically count as 'dice', but may be extra large or small, over-full sets, special single dice, new materials, unusual numerals, or odd molds.

Some sets will be from guest designers, such as The Dice Tower, Dice Envy, and Norse Foundry.

You also have the option of adding an all new custom d2 design, created just for this campaign.

Renders shown. Final design may vary.

About Gate Keeper Games

This is Gate Keeper Games' 16th Kickstarter campaign. They've been in business for 7 years, and they have over 90 exclusive sets so far.

They realize that they're asking you to trust them, so they're offering some guarantees.

No Duplicate Guarantee

There will be no duplicate/repeat sets in your order unless you ask for them (or pledge for more sets than are offered).

Quality Promise

Once you receive your dice, you have 14 days to play with them and try them out. If you discover any quality issues, what-so-ever, they'll gladly replace your set or give you your money back, and "quality promise" shipping is on them.

Like Em, or Send Em Back

If a 7- or 11-die set just isn't for you, you can send sets back to them for a free Mystery replacement (all you have to do is cover shipping).
