I'm not too interested in playing Halloween themed games but it did get me wondering if there are any games themed around the fall season. I'm sure there are at least some but are there any you know of that are good to play?

#The Fox in the Forest evokes that kind of autumnal feeling for me, although not strictly themed as such

Oh good one! I agree with that, though a lot of the cards kinda look wintery.

#Bosk or #Photosynthesis are the first that come to mind. Maybe #Arboretum. I think dumping a bag of leaves on a #Gloomhaven scenario could work as well.

#Dominion: Cornucopia? xD
This actually seems hard haha but I think #Viticulture: Essential Edition's the best one out of the ones in my collection. I played #Catan with my in-laws during last year's Thanksgiving and we had fun :)
#Viticulture: Essential Edition is what I was thinking too. I think the colors involved in that game also feel very fallish. It happens to be one of my favorite games as well!

I love #Indian Summer!

Now that I think of it #Everdell is sort of a fall themed game. And to some degree #Anachrony so long as you declare that you are time traveling to the "fall" season.

Oh boy, do I have a treat for you, here it is, in all its glory.
Disclaimer: I don't know if it any good or not, I haven't played it.

Killer Bunnies is not good. It's in the same vein as #Munchkin to me. Can give some laughs and silly fun, but for people like us, probably not a great purchase.
That is very much my impression.
Wow #Killer Bunnies and the Quest for the Magic Carrot: Pumpkin Spice Booster Deck does fit the bill. I'm not sure if it's good either but I have seen that box before.
#Seasons comes to mind, but that seems like cheating, haha.
#Everdell also has "seasons" in it, and while it's not specifically Fall themed, I would say it kind of feels like a Fall game to me. Even when you're "in" other season of the game, it doesn't feel like it - to me it always feels like Fall/Autumn. I think that's a product of the art and overall aesthetics.
#Everdell does seem to fit pretty well. It seems to be mostly sold out at the moment :P. When I wrote this post I was thinking of #PARKS as well because I guess I equate nature (mostly forested areas) to Fall which I remember a lot of beautiful images in the game showing.

What first came to mind for me too was Parks. I don't know if it's necessarily Fall themed either but I agree it gives off that vibe.
Oh wow, look at that, sold out most places. Anyway, it's one of our favorites - in my top 5. I highly recommend it as a couples game as well - not mean, very charming theme, and plays well at 2 (IMO).
Parks would be a good one! I guess then #Root would qualify, haha.
#Viticulture: Essential Edition also has seasons, but again, it has all of them.
We talk about board games here. Games like Codenames, Catan, Root, and all your favorites. Posts can link directly to games and everyone is welcome to join the discussion.
