Canadian (and kind of UK) Comparison Cart Live

I've just upgraded the comparison cart feature to now be tied to the same country selection for prices. It functions in the same way US does giving a limited number of games and stores and for UK it's a bit sad with just 1 store listed at the moment. However, the logic is in place so that once we begin adding more stores it'll be ready.
