Thanks for the review.  I'll have to try it sometime.  I like Dominion and my son likes Magic.

This makes it appealing to me.  I should check it out.  How many players can play?

It's 1-4 players.

That actually makes it more interesting to me.  I always like the idea of Deck Builders but I also don't really have the opportunity to only play two player games.  Plus Solo mode is a huge factor for me.  I've never played the digital version though, I found deck building games against AI kind of boring for me.

The solo on the physical isn't bad. It's been a few years since I've played it solo, but it's more of a race for points against the AI, who always acquires certain cards from the trade row (or whatever it's called). Perhaps not the best solo experience, but I had fun the few times I did it solo.

Thanks for the heads up.  I may still look into for a multiplayer game.

The digital version is primarily against other players. It's got a good sized user base so you don't really need to wait for games to start.

Thanks for letting me know.  I think I played Star Realms Digital and I was unimpressed.  It felt like I was just clicking I didn't full the pull of strategic thinking.

I play star realms digitally and I enjoy it. But, it is just really hard to get a good idea of gameplay coming from the digital. If you have played it physically, then I find it is easier to get into the digital.

Huh, I never thought about that. I only have a basic understanding of Magic, but it does seem that way, doesn't it.

I played the app which was great, then got it, then ended up selling it. It's still a great game and still enjoy it (on the app). The solo variant isn't too shabby, either.

I, for some reason, have never been tempted to play this. Maybe I need to.

There's a free app you can download to check it out before splurging on the physical game. It's not a bad app, either. It's what got me into Ascension.

Thanks. I'll check it out.
