What was the last Kickstarter you backed?

I kind of regret not backing Welcome To.. on kickstarter at this point. I've been considering the new Tiny Epic Tactics but I haven't heard the best reviews on it.

What did you back last?

I've never backed a board game yet. I'm not sure I will. The last Kickstarter I backed was for a video game called Mighty No. 9 which was a HUGE stinker when it came out and by the time it actually came out I didn't care about it anymore. I think I'd rather get excited about a game I can get right now and just go get it than get excited for a game and then have to wait a year to play it. By the time I have it I don't know if my anticipation would be the same.

A friend and I backed Serpents together. (a hidden identities game) can't wait to play over break!

Sounds cool. Is it like Mafia or Bang! or something?

walterbd 15 months ago | 2 points[-]

i haven't played those, but it is very close to Werewolf

Yes then it's similar to those two as well, haha.

haha ok. I didn't know how those differ in the areas of purpose/goal (like Avalon is kind of like werewolf, but the quests change it dramatically)

The last game I backed was Vindication.  I waited until the second time around to see real reviews.  I'll probably back Mechanica and Glen More II.

The last one I personally backed was Hero Realms but that I bought a new one from a kickstarter (after it closed) called Adventures of the Northland: Sagas of Noggin The Nog.

I backed Dice Throne: Season 2 - Gunslinger vs. Samurai and got it about a month ago. I still haven't played it, but I did open the game, read through the rules and punch out all the components so I'm ready!

Dice throne is so much fun. Last time I played my girlfriend was going to die from being cursed so she was like who do I attack so the other person Being cursed can suck.
