Misprints in Board Games

Owner

Have you ever had misprints on your board games? This is an example of a misprint on #Root shared by a redditor :)

I don't have a picture at hand, but one my meeples in #Architects of the West Kingdom has a flat head similar to the ones in #Scythe:

So, how about you? Have you ever experienced getting that rare gem of a meeple or resource token that either has a misprint or a mishape? Either way, I think they make a fun addition to the game :)

I kickstarted #Everdell: Spirecrest and got two copies of one meeple and no copies of another.  I contacted the company and they replaced it at no cost.  The worst culprit I can think of was #Trismegistus: The Ultimate Formula where I think a part of the board at the top was colored yellow and should have been black or the cards that were black should have been yellow.  That company had no plans for correction.

War Chest avatar! Hmm I can't think of a time I've had one. I sometimes notice typos in the rulebook or on cards, but that's not the same thing.

My copy of #Scythe came with one meeple from the Nordic faction coloured yellow. Stonemair replaced it very cheerfully and quickly.

If I have any misprints I don't think I've noticed them.

A person responded to my Facebook with this picture from his copy of Paladins

Extra component, one that isn't even a part of the game, and a conjoined twin meeple 😂😂😂

Excellent, I can imagine someone creating quite a cool game with meeples that can be attached to each other

Yeah those all look like they should be in the game.
