12 Obscure board games reviewed - YouTube

Review
So this is a new format for the channel, and one where i run through a bunch of obscure board games, mostly because i love to talk about games, but my normal format is so time intensive that its hard to justify for every game. I'll add links for all of them to this post.

I loved this idea!  Looking forward to you doing it again.  Of the games you showed, I only own "Altier".  I think of it as a very light, filler game.  My wife is an artist, and I bought it for her... haven't tried it with her yet!

Atelier is not bad, if anything i was a little hard on it in the vid. Steph loves it

I felt a bit like you about the game.  It is REALLY quite basic.  Nothing exciting, just playable.  I was a little disappointed that there wasn't more to the game.  Still, I think my wife and her game group will enjoy it.  Just not a game I will suggest to bring to the table on a regular basis.

I have Atelier and was surprised to see it on the obscure list. (I have degree in art, so it was the theme that pulled me in also.)

Yeah, it was like, the 2nd most owned one of the list. So not super obscure like some of them. Still, less than 500 owners

This was a fun one! I always enjoy your list videos, especially when they include games I didn't know before.

Lol that's a big surprise on #1. Also, I have a feeling #Flipology won't be as obscure after this video :D

Wow, where did you find the games on this list?

Many i got sent by people and I said i'd take a look at them because they sounded different or fun. Such as Atelier, Far Away, Sensor ghosts, anomaly and mothership. Some I found in discount bins like Planet of the Apes. I won hoard at a convention, and cheeky parrot sent me flipology, as those are local i like to support local.
