Nothing currently on my "shelf of shame." #Clank! In! Space! did spend the longest time on it though. It sat unplayed for over 6 months. It could be considered a "modern classic" maybe?

Ticket to Ride is still in its sleeve... I think my wife and I just moved past it and never went back to it. It'll get played someday... or sold, which I'm starting to think is more likely. The small box, faster-playing Ticket to Ride games seem more appealing at this point.

You'll probably end up breaking it out someday when you need to introduce someone to a basic hobby game
That's a good point. Seems like a good entry game to keep around.

I guess you could still consider#For Sale unplayed only because I've never played the physical version and my Ghost Turkey just got it for me not too long ago. I had#Trouble Game for the longest time and I don't even know where it came from but it's now the property of Goodwill lol

Diplomacy. No one ever wanted to play it and the player elimination majorly put me off, so I ended up just reusing the box for a print and play game and chucking out the components.
Yeah I could see that being a big turn off for many people. Wouldn't be a game I'd want to play for sure

Nope. I have a pretty small collection compared to you spychos, so less options means all games are played more or something like that.
Actually, I have yet to play #Choose Your Own Adventure: House of Danger, but I doubt that's thought of as a classic games

Whatcha calling me?
Can you read? I'm calling you a SPYCHO
I mean, it looks like you said spychos.
Yes, that's what I did
Psychos?!? I mean it's totally true so I can't exactly get mad hahaha
I find it quite true, I don't mind it though
About yourself as well? That's kinda harsh dude haha
I'm sure others see me as psycho in this hobby aswell
I definitely do lol
well there you have it
I'm willing to bet @Sliddell11 agrees with me
seems about right

Not sure if one would consider them classics, but I have #Castles of Mad King Ludwig and #7 Wonders that have yet to be played
7 Wonders is definitely a classic.
for sure, now that it has hit its 10 year mark and still is popular!

I would call CMKL a classic
I'll take it!
Yeah, I think those count enough to be considered classics.
IDK about CMKL but 7 Wonders for sure
Oh yes I also have #Castles of Mad King Ludwig yet to be opened
Mine is technically "opened" lol I got mine in a trade!
